Robert Thomas Oppenheimer

Robert was born 08/13/1991 at Mt Carmel Hospital in Columbus Oh. Not long after Robert was born we moved back to Iowa and made our home in north east Iowa. Robert loved fishing, hunting and Iowa Hawkeye sports. Being outside in nature he was at his happiest. He made many camping trips to the boundary waters. He was a journeyman electrician and belonged to the local 405 union. Robert had many people that cared about him and will miss him. He was preceded in death by both maternal grandparents, Robert and Alice Conrad. His father Shaun Oppenheimer, his uncle Jody Oppenheimer and his grandfather Thomas Oppenheimer. He is survived by many relatives on his maternal side of family. His Paternal Grandmother Sherry Oppenheimer and his Aunt Sabrina and Uncle Scot Miller. Two brothers Jared and Derek Oppenheimer and his mother Mary Oppenheimer. His passing was a tragedy on 8/8/2026. Robert will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held September 26 from 11 to 2 pm at Scot and Sabrina Miller’s home at 3117 Steggals Rd Springville, Iowa.[more]
